Pasto

We've been planning to eat here the whole week, and since classes were suspended today, we got the chance to watch a movie before this awesome pasta dinner date. :)

We always wondered what this restaurant looked like inside cos we only see it from the first floor of Theatre Mall. I used to think no one really went here! Hahaha! But I was wrong. There were so many people when we arrived and just a couple of tables weren't taken.

They were very accommodating and we didn't have to wait to be seated. When the waitress realized I was shivering from my seat, she immediately offered another table. Nice!

Mozzarella Sticks (Php 185.00). Our "Antipasti" (Yeees!) Hahaha! "Crispy mozzarella sticks with a zesty pizzaoilo sauce." This is our favorite appetizer. Of course, cos we loooove mozzarella! :D I think I love mozzarella more than he does, though. Hahaha! He wanted to order the Calamares, too. :P Well, there's always a next time, ayt? :>

Gamberi: Oil-based Pasta (Php 265.00). "Fettucine with garlic-sauteed shrimps, asparagus spears and fresh diced tomatoes." This is really delicious! Andy sure knows how to pick his pasta! Hahaha!

Pollo Cremoso: Cream-based Pasta (Php 265.00). "Penne with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and roasted mushrooms in a garlic-cream sauce." The sun-dried tomatoes tasted like sweet tamarinds. Very strong flavor, but really good. I don't like tamarinds that much though. I love the pasta sauce and mushrooms!

We were supposed to order one pizza and one pasta, expecting we'd be able to share the pasta. Good thing we didn't cos seeing the plate of pasta we just ordered, it couldn't have made us both full! Hahaha!
