Omakase

We definitely love Japanese food! It was our first time to try out Omakase and man, did we love it!

There were a lot of people eating there that night, so we had no choice but to eat at the sushi bar table. Didn’t mind though! Watching the Sushi Chefs work is very entertaining!

First up! Salmon Sashimi (Php 215.00): Andy’s favorite. And has become my favorite too, just tonight! It’s my third time eating raw salmon and the first time I’ve really tasted it. As in reeeaaally tasted it. And it tasted awesome! Milky, fresh, salmony! Hahaha! Delicious! :)

Next is my order, California Crunch (Php 160.00). It’s California Maki wrapped in crunchy, crispy, and deep fried goodness! Served with Japanese mayo on the side. Yumm!

Main course number one: Beef Teppan (Php 325.00). Because out of Pork, Chicken and Beef, I’ll always and forever choose Beef. I ordered it Medium Rare buuuut it’s pretty close to Well Done. A bit hard to chew, though still delicious. :)

Garlic Rice (Php 190.00 per bowl). One of the best rice bowls I've ever tasted! Hahaha! Really!

Andy’s order: Tori Karaage (Php 135.00). Deep fried boneless chicken! This one’s delicious. We totes recommend it. Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside. Make sure to eat it hot! It won’t taste as good when left for a long time!

The aftermath. Oh yeah, we had another order of Salmon Sashimi after the main course. Our dessert. And we forced ourselves to eat the last two pieces! We were about to barf I tell ya. Hahaha! All. worth. it.

The food's amazing and affordable! Best dish we ordered is the Salmon Sashimi. Hahaha!
